Did someone say that the free annual Food Truck Festival was in town? If you haven’t already checked it out, pop in and grab yourself a range of tasty cuisines from around the globe. Plus, get there early so you can grab yourself a seat, front-row-and-centre to watch the free 6:30pm film under the stars. This Saturday, chow down and stick around for a screening of The Secret Life Of Pets.

La Fiesta Festival

From sassy Samba dancers, rhythmic beats and mouth-watering traditional South American street food, dance your way into your Saturday evening at the La Fiesta Tastes and Sounds Festival.

The festival will see the popular Brazilian-led band, Kimmy and Krew take centre stage along with Sydney’s Lorenzo Ysu Swing and mesmerising performances by the Colombian Dance Group, Latin Mania and many more. To really heat things up, the evening will also showcase an extravagant Fire Samba performance not to be missed.

When it is time to take a break from shimmying and sauntering around the festival, be sure to indulge in vibrant street foods from local trucks including Atacama, Little Wuahaca, Yes Way Jose, Churros de Oro and Zicatela.

Grandads Jack’s Craft Bar Takeover

What could go wrong when you mix burgers, gin, whisky and beers? Nothing!

That’s why three of our faves are coming together for a must-attend Sunday session .Gin and Whisky connoisseurs, Grandad Jacks, will be taking over Main Street Burger Bar, whilst the Lost Palms Brewing Company will be serving out beers. So if your Sunday is free, grab yourself a burger, a beer and whatever else tickles your fancy for a solid Sunday sesh.

This bi-monthly rummage is located inside Mo’s desert bar, so after sifting through delicious vintage finds, treat yourself to some delicious market eats.
