What do you get when you combine the artistic talents of Drake and Zendaya? Euphoria. Which is exactly what they’re giving us in the newly dropped trailer for their HBO series of that name. Drake, along with his Manger Future The Prince take the reigns on producing the series (adapted from an Israeli series of the same name) while Zendaya plays the lead character.

Zendaya takes on the role of Rue, a high school student recovering from addiction. She returns to school from her stint in Rehab only to find herself in the frequent company of “the new girl in town” aka, the trouble maker. “Suddenly, the whole world goes dark and nothing else matters but the person standing in front of you” she says before the trailer spins further into flashes of the light and dark Rue faces as an addict.

Zendaya’s character’s journey isn’t the only one the 10-episode season will follow. Joined by an ensemble cast of youngsters including Maude Apatow (Girls) (heir to the Apatow thrown) and Jacob Elordi (The Kissing Booth) Zendaya, Drake and the crew seem to have conjured up the recipe for another HBO hit. See if they pull it off when the series drops on the 16th of June. In the meantime, sus the trailer for yourself below.
